Dear John, Could you go ahead with ordering and installing the Canon printer you recommended. I enclose payment for it as agreed. While writing I would like to put on record my thanks to you for acting as my IT department by sorting out my business's IT so that it works in a much more productive and trouble-free way. I no longer dread having that sinking feeling when one of our computers crashes (which doesn't happen that often now!) I feel I can now compete with my larger competitors as a result.
